A couple weeks ago, my parents and I finally made our very first trip to Yosemite together. After 20 years of living in the Bay Area, not a single member of our family of five had made the trip to see the most magnificent valley on Earth. We figured it was about time to do so, and we were not disappointed.

At Elsie Green, we are big fans of boutique hotels. My mother has a rule that we never stay at big chain hotels, and because of it, we've found so many gems over the years. One of our favorite outdoorsy getaways is the super-chic and super-easy glamping site, AutoCamp.

In May, my mom (the woman you all know and love, Laurie) and I went on an epic New England road trip. It felt like the perfect ease back into travel, isolated in our own little bubble, and we journaled the whole trip for you all here on the blog.

I am always looking for new sources of inspiration, and often that comes from traveling to new places and immersing myself in new cultures.

 Meet Isabella, our Marketing Assistant. She helps Kelsey and Sepi with everything related to marketing.  She's based in Sydney, Australia and just graduated from the University of British Columbia.  Isabella is an avid traveller, beach goer and dog lover.
