Early in my career, I teetered around the office in pumps, strappy sandals and boots, all with stiletto heels.  I credit that time with my chronic back pain and one foot that is sometimes numb.  But at the time I thought it was a small price to pay to be chic.  

I recently fell in love with a butter yellow barn coat, and I haven't been the same since.
