The Guest Edit | L'Appartement 4F

Ashley Coiffard and her husband Gautier met in NYC in 2016, and started baking out of their Brooklyn apartment in 2020. So many people wanted to try their concoctions, they opened their first café in Brooklyn Heights in May 2022.  That café is L'Appartement 4F. 

Their croissant cereal put them on the map, but their delicious pastries and warm environment has kept them there.   We gave Ashley a peek at our new container and she gave us an edit of her favorite things. And of course, her picks are classic, utilitarian, and perfect to use in her bakery kitchen and in her home.
