Sometimes baking is just the thing to settle your mind and give you a fresh perspective on how to attack the upcoming afternoon, day, or week. We like these easy recipes for a nice re-set.
This recipe requires a ganache (easier than it sounds), but otherwise, it's a snap to make.
To add a little extra flair to these cookies, press them flat with the bottom of a pretty glass before you bake them.
Once you master this recipe, you can make some fun changes to it. Add dried cherries and chopped almonds, replace one egg with 1/4 cup of peanut butter, replace 1/4 cup of flour with 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. It's a great base for just about any flavor profile and is so easy to make.
So easy, and so delicious. If you want to add a fourth ingredient, add a sprinkle of sea salt.
