Michele's Negroni Recipe

1 oz. No. 209 Gin (made in the bay area)

or

1 oz. Botanist Gin (for a really special gin made from 22

hand-foraged botanicals, nine berries, barks, seeds and peels during an achingly slow distillation)

1 oz. Campari

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Garnish Orange Peel

Stir over ice and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel.

For a twist you can substitute your favorite  whiskey and the cocktail becomes a  Boulevardier.
