For the first 90 days, we will refund the purchase price to your original form of payment when your package is received. After that we will refund the purchase price in the form of store credit. Store credit must be used within 12 months of date of issue.
Please limit your return inquiries to orders placed no more than six months from the date of inquiry
Tag Sale and Warehouse Sale items are final sale.
All Reclaimed Wood Furniture items and upholstered pieces that are not vintage are made to order. Those items returned or canceled after being placed in production, a re-stocking fee will be charged according to the following schedule:
Cancellation after an order is placed - 20%
Cancellation or return after an order is shipped - 50%
