If you know me, you know I live and breathe Aperol Spritz. It is the ultimate summer cocktail (though I drink them year round). It is light, refreshing and not too sweet.

It is typically served in large wine glasses or tumblers as it is a long drink that is served over ice. However, we believe that the Aperol Spritz is a drink to be shared, so we prefer to make it in bulk and then serve it in our beautiful, but more petite, vintage wine glasses. 

 

Combine 3 ounces of Aperol, 3 ounces of dry Prosecco, and a splash of club soda for each serving, then pour over ice and garnish with an orange slice and enjoy.
