Good taste isn't something you can teach — but you can surround yourself with people who have it in abundance. These are the stylists whose homes we want to sit in, whose shelves we'd study for hours. We asked them each to pick their favorites from our collection, and then we got out of the way.

Philippine Scali, the stylist behind C'est Beau Chez Toi, approaches a home the way the French approach most things: with an eye for quality, a preference for the timeless, and zero interest in anything that looks too new. She works with clients to build spaces that feel gathered rather than styled — pieces with history mixed with modern finds, texture alongside simplicity. The things she chose from our collection are exactly that: the kind of finds that work hard and look effortless.

We asked her to choose a few of her favorite things in the shop right now — and then tried very hard not to buy everything she picked.

Pair of Vintage Spindle Bedside Tables

"I'm obsessed with this pair. Matching bedside tables are so hard to come by, and I love the eclectic look."

Hotel de la Plage Engraved Hotel Silver Tray

"Anything housed in a silver-plated vessel takes on another dimension and becomes incredibly chic. You can use them (and I do) throughout the house."

Family Portrait Drawing | Ben Tenhoop

"There's always space in any home for new art. I love mixing artwork: photography, drawings, oil paintings. This one is particularly sweet."

Grande Turned Leg Coffee Table

"I may need a new house just so I can place this coffee table. A converted farm table made into an oversized coffee table, perfect."

Ana Stripe Linen Throw

"You can never have too many throws. I love the natural texture of this one. One you can throw at the foot of a bed, the arm of a sofa and don’t need to invite a stylist over to make it look perfect."

Lartigue Exhibit Framed Advertisement

"A touch of modern, history, and photography. This speaks for itself."

Vintage French Silver Ladle

"What a chic and French way to gift your host, a single silver serving piece. I received one 30 years ago and still use it and cherish it."
