Why you'll love it
This dining chair is also sometimes known as the Hoffmann Chair after the designer Josef Hoffmann. It was made by TON, a factory founded after WWII in former Thonet factories, continuing with the furniture making techniques set up by Thonet.
Each shows marks of time and use as illustrated in the detail images. Each is structurally sound, with just some natural marks of time and use consistent with vintage pieces of this age and function.
We love how the human touch is evident on the backs of the chairs where they were touched every day.
