Our Favorite Golden Milk Recipe

We love a bedtime ritual.  Iced or hot Golden Milk along with a guided breathing meditation (see our favorite guided meditation apps here.)

 

We're not doctors, but we hear that the powerful combination of spices in Golden Milk creates health benefits including enhanced immunity and digestion, and a dose of caffeine free energy.  

Golden Milk 

3 cups almond milk 
2-3 teaspoons ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pinch ground cardamom 
Pinch ground black pepper
4-5 teaspoons maple syrup

 

For iced golden milk, shake all ingredients with ice, then strain.  
For warm golden milk, warm all ingredients over low heat, then strain.
