We must admit that the Elsie team loves to indulge. We're foodies for sure and snackers by nature. You'll often find some sort of sweet or savory snack being shared among the shop gals on any given day. We're not ones to rigidly restrict ourselves(everything is good in moderation!), but we value the power of accountability in enacting change and have collectively decided to embark on a bit of a wellness journey to shake off some of the overly indulgent habits we picked up towards the back end of the year.
