L.A. SELF CARE SUMMIT
x
This past weekend, Kelsey and I hopped on a plane and headed to Los Angeles to attend the first ever Create and Cultivate Self Care Summit.  There was collagen water and b-12 shots, a brow and braid bar, panels all about self care tips and tricks, crystal readings, and so much more.  We vowed to take the time to soak up everything around us for the entirety of the day. To truly listen, to learn, and to relax (as often that’s not so easy to do).

Editor's Note:
Life can get away from you, fast.  Take the time to sit with yourself, to love yourself and to give yourself the attention and honesty you deserve.  It's so easy to go weeks or months without enforcing the practice of self care and self love.  Most importantly, don't forget that these practices come in many forms.  Personally, self care often looks like allowing myself the time to do nothing at all but binge watch my favorite Netflix series with my most coveted face mask on (Summer Friday's Jet Lag Mask everyday please).  Other times, it looks like listening to my favorite album straight for an entire week.  What are your best self care practices?  Come into the shop and chat with us, we're always in need of some inspiration and new ideas.

Here's to the weekend! Do a face mask, have a glass of rosé, take your pup for a walk, or do nothing at all.
