Our reclaimed wood furniture is a fabulous addition to your decor.  It has the heart and soul of a vintage piece, combined with the customization durability of bench made furniture.

You'll find the furniture is easy to care for and gets better with age.  Bookmark this post, so when your furniture piece arrives, you will have all the information you need at your fingertips to keep it looking its prettiest.

To clean your furniture, use a soft cloth and Murphy's Oil Soap, cleaning with the grain of the piece.  We like a flour sack towel for this purpose.

For waxed pine finishes, you may want to occasionally wax the wood with Bri-Wax light brown, which you can find in your local hardware store or on Amazon.

For black, espresso or weathered grey, wax with natural Bri-Wax.

Again, wax with the grain using your flour sack towel.

If you are waxing an extending table, put the extensions in the table and wax the entire top.

Your extending table top is constructed, then the extensions are cut out of  it, so the grain flows beautifully across the table top when the extensions are in or out.  That means there is a left and a right extension.  If you feel the leaves are not fitting properly, switch ends and that will typically resolve the problem.  We find that writing "1" and "2" on the inside edge of the table and the leaves is an easy way to match the leaves with the right end of the table.

As always, if you have any additional questions, just contact us.  We're here for you.
